It is quite worrying, the recent development in the CPP concerning Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom and the Movement for Social Justice (MSJ). In recent times, some people in the CPP have raised concerns about Dr. Nduom and his Movement for Social Justice. As the principles of freedom of expression dictate, these individuals have the right to be uncomfortable with any development in the CPP which belongs to us all. As a matter of fact it is very disturbing when a Leading member of the Party like Dr. Nduom is seen to be engaging in acts that are likely to further disintegrate the CPP. However, the approach adopted by these “anti” apostles in the CPP is unacceptable. Indeed internal groupings have demerits as well as merits. It is very welcoming news that Africa has been able get Ghathafi to sit down for peace talks. Ever since the Libyan uprising, Africa’s position has not been much felt largely due to the ill-strength of the AU and the Western Interventions. As a Pan Africanist, I have never been comfortable whenever the West, hiding under the suit of UN tries to intervene in African matters. If we have African Problems, we cannot expect Western Solution to be suitable remedies. It is only an ill-thought to expect that the west would ever do any good to Africa, without far reaching interests to their economies and Nations. After watching a tension filled match on Tuesday evening which resulted in a draw, I was only expecting to hear some more news on the seemingly better result of the match between Ghana and England. Instead the, Ya Na case had taken a new turn, 15 accused persons have been acquitted and discharged. Whiles some have jubilated over the judicial decision, others are hurt and this has sparked indiscipline, lawlessness and agitations in the Tamale Metropolis. The Story Reads as follows: One day, when I was a freshman in high school, I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school. His name was Kyle. It looked like he was carrying all of his books. I thought to myself, 'Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday? He must really be a nerd.'
